I was trying to not be, uh, not tr- trying not to be a, a sh- a shady bird, but I, I, I can't help it because I'm here and I ha- I, I, I reserve the right to be petty whenever it, when whenever the situation calls for it.
And, and I wanna preface this by saying I have absolutely nothing against Gio and nothing against Brayden because those two are-- They're, they're actually very sweet young people and they're doing the job that they were hired to do.
But I was very underwhelmed with what was supposed to be this magical trip to New York City, and I almost, guys, for my, my Springa fans out there, I almost took to my Twitter and said, "When the, when the fake NYC trip for a couple is better than the real NYC for another couple," be- because, um, yeah, w- what was that? Like, we could've, they could've just brought, they, they, they could've just, just brought, what is it, Michael Scott, uh, to Port Charles and had a, and create a fake set for that because w- I, I, I, yeah, the, the, the camera angles were weird.
Like, there was a lot of weird stuff going on and it just felt very, it, uh, it felt very forced.
And like, you know, some people may think that sounds mean or petty or whatever, but considering I'm from a fan base where it took us two, three years to get good moments, uh, I, I, I'm allowed to, I'm, I'm allowed to be that way.
And there's no shame in that at all because my mind went there when I saw the announcement of the crossover of the on-site location shoot and the episodes that would ensue, and I felt a way and then I saw what happened and I was like, "Listen, I'm gonna put my salty meter down.
Springa NYC will forever rule whatever that was." And if you are a Gemma fan, if you enjoyed it, I'm not gonna begrudge you.
Good for them to get that because we endured the cliffs of Jacksonville roughly three and a half years ago.
However, in terms of care, attention, detail, execution, Springa NYC cleared with the Fire Corps writers.
