It can take a while for those to respond.

In fact, I'm proud to say that our clinic was the first ever to publish a interventional study showing that anti-biofilm agents can actually help lower methane levels more quickly.

This is relevant because clinically methane, this is one of the gases that can underlie SIBO and IBS and cause constipation.

Lowering this methane gas by cleaning out the, the organisms, the archaea that cause it and cause constipation can be sort of a stubborn endeavor.

So that might be part of the reason why we're seeing a lagging in the improvement in constipation.

F- I mean, firstly, you wanna have a quality probiotic.

I don't know if that's a guideline per se, but the, the guidelines that we've developed stipulate the duration, the formula type, and the dose.

Now, when you look at the probiotic literature a- and the over one hundred placebo-controlled clinical trials or the meta-analyses summarizing those across the various conditions, IBS, IBD, inflammation, allergy, leaky gut, you see a few key trends emerge regarding the formula type.
