Alex Taylor has spent 18 years building commercial real estate technology. He's been a founder or co-founder of four CRE tech companies, with three exits. He's also on the other side of the table: he…
Yeah, the quick background here, I've been in this prop tech space, if you will, for the last 18 years or so.
I kept saying 15 years, and then I turned 40 last month, and I realized that 22 to 40 is not 15 by any real estate math.
So, you know, I've been fortunate enough to be in a founder or co-founder role in now four different commercial real estate technology companies.
You know, I'd previously had a few successful exits to private equity and a few private exits.
And my background, I think, is a bit unique comparative to the kind of typical SaaS founder background.

I've certainly done brokerage and leasing, asset management, financial and portfolio management.
I've seen, albeit at a smaller level than the large commercial real estate operator, I've seen in depth, you know, what it takes to run these portfolios and these businesses, or excuse me, buildings as a business.
So that's been a really unique purview or vantage point into how I'm going to go and build technology to solve the problems for the same people that, you know, are kind of operating these businesses in the commercial real estate space.
