Beverly Hills Supper Club fire

It's just tough.

The Beverly Hills Supper Club fire at South Gate, Kentucky in 1977.

So-

Hmm.

So we went out and were able to probably build that inside of about nine months to get that proprietary process put together.

Similarly with Oval, I think there was a little bit more of an iterative process there where we kind of became the – custom solution provider of of you look at it like the 80 20 rule right 80 percent of what we offered applied to 100 percent of people in commercial real estate and then we had to fill in that remaining 20 percent to exactly what it is that they needed done for you know i mean we did some really really unique things um i mean just here in cincinnati we we helped work on the um the zoning process for the Beverly Hills Supper Club site, which, you know, for Cincinnati folks, they may or may not remember.

70s, I believe, maybe late 60s, there was a tragic fire and several people lost their lives.

And I remember the gentleman we were working with on that site, we produced all these materials and someone came to the zoning board and said, uh i'm a medium or a psychic and i've spoken to the souls of the departed and they don't want this development to happen and he comes back to us and goes okay how do how do we combat that what do we do i'm like i don't know hire your own medium and tell them that you talk to the dead people and they do want it like what are we talking about here like we're talking about ghosts and goblins like that's and respectful of the you know the the parish but you know this isn't commercial real estate anymore we're getting outside of the uh you know the original purview so You know, with Oval Room, we really became that go-to, how do we figure this out and what do we build from a custom standpoint to provide the solution needed for your project, your go-to-market solution, your kind of unique scenario.

I've not done the...

I also thought the Beverly Hills Supper Club was arson, but...

Turns out it was

not.
