But I wanna move now to the modern period and to a course called Talking Stick in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Mm-hmm.

This is the second hole at the Talking Stick, uh, Otham Course.

Like I talked to Tim Flannery about that years ago, like 10 years ago or more.

Cause Tim was at spring training at Scottsdale one morning and he was telling me that he's really into Graham Parsons.

And I was like, yeah, man, Graham Parsons, great country Western songwriter checked out early, had an overdose and left us.

But yeah, idea of like the hippie and the country music thing coming together like the grateful dead had that they played merle haggard they played johnny cash like there's something to that idea like bringing the the country and the hippie together i've it's always appealed to me so

We walk them through the numbers.

We have a long operating history of knowing what matters in certain markets, right? Pools matter in Scottsdale or Palms Springs.

Pools don't matter as much.

And, you know, Telluride, just using those as examples.

It's her call at the end of the day.

So yeah, we will be in Scottsdale for a few days.
