Everything is terrible, and I hate it.
Um, but we're doing our best.
Doing our best by watching anime, and I guess we're gonna go over anime news first because, uh, as how much I want to know what everyone's been watching, we don't have a lot of news, so I figured we should just cover that right now.
So first up, what do we got, like, three, four pieces of news? Two, three.
Okay, great.
Uh, and sure, this, uh, first bit of news, we have, um, an AI tool that's getting sued, uh, by actor Kenji Utsuda, uh, lovely dude, or referred to as Utsuden over here.
And, uh, yeah, he's taken them to court.
Did he win? I actually didn't see that part.

It was a...
Hmm.
So technically there was no verdict.
It was just dismissed, right?
Oh, okay.
Um, however, the court did upheld that, uh, his voice is trademarkable or, you know, protectable.
Mm-hmm.
It's, like, his property.
So that's a, you know, a good precedent because this, this sort of thing is just gonna keep cropping up I'm sure.
Um, yeah, I mean, you know, there's been lots, there's- there's been lots of AI voice things out there.
This was one specifically though that it was like, this is his voice, you know, which is a very distinct voice.
Yeah, it's very recognizable.
Yeah.
