Stranger in a Strange Land.

I don't know if you've ever read this.

I've heard of it.

But the benefit was, and what Robert used to say in some of the early literature about this is that solo meditation can only take you so far for the most part.

In terms of bringing to your attention these profoundly not observed or not previously observed habits, I'm reminded that the Robert Heinlein novel, Stranger in a Strange Land, has people who are described as being trained as, quote, fair witnesses.

Now, in that novel, the use of fair witnesses are for legal purposes.

But the phrase fair witness means that there's no agenda.

So what Stuart was getting at a moment ago is that To offer someone the purity of witnessing without an agenda is a profound

And a very selected group of prestigious, prominent science fiction authors and guys and girls who knew how to think outside of the box in terms of creativity and the conceptualization of weaponry and defense technology that could only be developed by people who thought way out of the box.

And the Navy... responded to an appeal by Robert Heinlein, the great science fiction author who wrote such best-selling sci-fi novels as Stranger in a Strange Land and many others.

And he was also an officer in naval intelligence.

Then Isaac Asimov, another prolific Golden Age era sci-fi author and fiction author and nonfiction author, joined this out-of-the-box
