Jim SouhanHostYou had this thing pegged right from the start when we were s- picking wins and losses coming out of the, coming out of the chute.
And so, um, I just think that this is a time for you to take a bow, because you're right.
Like, I, I certainly have been concerned about the offense, about the sluggishness, certainly about the injuries as well, but what we are seeing right now is it appears, over the last six quarters especially, that Kyler Murray is picking up steam, that this offense is starting to make plays and look a little bit more dynamic, and yeah, they're, they are not beating, you know, the 85 Bears or the '17 Giants or Patriots, but they are, they're, they are doing what they need to do, and they are looking like they are improving week to week.
And I think that's probably the most encouraging thing right now, is we have now seen six excellent quarters from Kyler Murray, and it looks like Kevin O'Connell is finding a little more comfort zone.
You're kinda calling plays for him, and, um, and so now if, if they can, we've said it, if they can just get this offense to be a good offense-
... with what this defense and kicker are doing, uh, things are looking really, really good for them right now.

... 349 yards, zero interceptions, uh, and really if you give him the Hawkinson touchdown, he's thrown two touchdown passes.

Uh, they should have Hawkinson back, who only played, you know, a couple snaps on Sunday.

Uh, yeah, things are looking pretty good, and, uh, I think I really like the way Murray has hung in there, because, you know, he's played, basically he's played three games, and they were all pretty tight games where he, you know, he, a mistake could've cost them, and he did enough against the Bucs.

He came on strong at the end of the Dolphins game, and then yesterday he was great.
Yeah, and I, and I think, like, what I talked about last week on the show, Jim, was like, I thought he did really well in that second half, especially the fourth quarter of the Dolphins game, but it was very workmanlike and very game manager, and I wanted to see more of an element of danger, more of an element of dynamic kind of play in his game, because that's what Kyler Murray is supposed to represent.
