Um, so I wanna talk, I feel like, you know, being on deck, talking to coaches, talking to athletes, like, the word culture gets brought up more than-

Um, I guess, like, how do you view culture now on Team USA and kind of the direction that it's heading?

But I think for us, it was an intentional approach to, um, you know, just like the, the energy basically of the national team, um, coming out...

... feeling that lack of, of positive culture, and it's in part why I took the job.

I was inspired and motivated to like, "Hey, you know, this is something that we can positively impact." And so one, putting the right staff in place to help build the culture with Yuri and Kim and Corey and Brendan Hansen was already on staff, but keeping Brendan and then adding different pieces as we went, really embracing the idea of team-

And then just like I-- We're trying to find some of those really easy moments, some of the low-hanging fruit on where we can build culture.

You know, yesterday, and for all of the pro swims, on, uh, the Tuesday night before, we just send a note out to national team, national junior teamers, we're gonna do relay starts at five o'clock.
