Episode 235 - Enter Pitt men

Texas survives Rocky Top.

The clear number one in the country makes a statement despite some issues from Arch Manning.

A couple interceptions by him on the road, but Rocky Top unable to take down Texas on the road.

I mean, what a statement by them.

They're the clear number one after the last few weeks.

Uh, the Longhorns, man, they're trying to gun for that Natty.

First one since Vince Young was in, uh, the backfield for the Longhorns.

Yeah, I think the, uh, the impression I got is there is really no dominant team.

Um, I understand that they won, but you have the number one team in the nation.

Listen, give them credit.

They beat Ohio State.

They had that comeback, but they were almost dead to rights there, and then they have to knock down a pass in the end zone at Rocky Top to survive this one.

I think the biggest takeaway that everyone should have is Arch Manning is not that great this season.

A- and, uh, the hype train that is always with the Mannings is really fake news.

It's false.

It...

This is not a great quarterback right now.

And to think that they're gonna go all the way w- with this type of quarterback play is...

Everyone's pretending.

Um, his statistics are actually worse than John Mateer, and John Mateer has sucked this season.

So-

John Mateer's horrible

... that's good.

Yeah.

And his statistics are r- right in line with John Mateer's.
