I do want to just put a bookmark for us to go back to the concept of concierge medicine because Lisa mentioned the word concierge.

And I think it's an important conversation that we touch on to start defining longevity.

And we're going to talk about longevity and we'll define what longevity is because there's a lot of words thrown around in healthcare.

As I would say, in the last five years, I'd say the word family office is thrown around a lot.

So I think we should circle back to some of these definitions to have people have a fair understanding because there's a lot of dangerous solutions out there.

When I think about the idea of longevity, we've alluded to this, and Lisa and Brian have touched on it as well, but it's not only about adding the time to your life, but adding the quality time.

As Brian said, who wants to live to 100 if at 80 it stopped being good stuff that you were living for? That's living in a healthy, disease-free state.

That's not only being physically healthy, but mentally, cognitively healthy as well.

There's a lot of complicated ideas and books and a whole, you know, field of literature being developed on this and study.

But a lot of the stuff we're seeing is sort of getting back to the basics first.

And Brian, I'm sure can speak more to this at a, you know, from a informed sort of scientific level, but we know those things are proven to have direct outcomes long-term on improving longevity.

And so if we see people sort of taking small steps to attend to those, you know, lifestyle habits, what are some small consistent daily choices you can make? How can you make sure you're staying connected to people? We know that social connection, you know, is a significant protective factor.

And, you know, as all sorts of cellular, as well as whole person effects that we see in stress reduction, all of that.

So, you know, that's so when I think about longevity, those sort of core tenants, those pillars that then can be added on to are so important.
