This was a big problem actually when I was working as a real estate agent is housing can cost you significantly more when you have a pet and also severely limit your options.

When I was doing real estate, my specialty was Miami Beach.

I didn't really do any deals off of the beach.

Once in a while I would if it was worth it or I had a client that I knew would come through.

But mainly my business was in Miami Beach exclusively.

And anybody who had a pet, your options easily just got cut in half just because you have a pet.

Doesn't matter what kind of pet because you have probably half, maybe even more than half of the buildings do not allow pets.

Yeah, we spent part of Sukkot in Florida once, and it was impossible.

And the funny thing is, when you go to a restaurant in Miami Beach, for example, it's only the people from New York that are sitting in the Sukkot.

Everybody else isn't.

In New York, you have orientation.
