She had the composure of a Navy Seal in this moment.

Um, she was zen, not rude, not panicked, and we get to her packing later.

She asks Aesha for a little help with the suitcase.

So when I went back to him, I realized that that was the unsolved mystery, was I had to look that man in the eye one more time.

Like how I studied that Navy SEAL talking lion, I got it from this part right here in the book.

I went and I didn't see him anymore as this beast.

I started doing research on him, found out that his dad used to beat him really bad.

Another phrase I got from Rich Rodriguez, actually, the old Michigan and now West Virginia again coach, uh, "When it's too hard for everyone else, it's just right for us." And I like that one.

So, uh, great organizations like the Navy SEALs, like the Peace Corps, the harder it gets, the more they brag about it.

Bad organizations, which is most of them, they start whining and complaining.

Who's that helping? Um, the Navy SEALs got a phrase, "Embrace the suck." [laughs] No matter how much it sucks, say, "Yeah, this sucks even more now.

Uh, let's go."

I saw a thing on, uh, I think it was Facebook, a, a short reel.

And man, I was humbled by that.

These guys were just bigger and stronger than I ever imagined.

got, again, our six-month longitudinal study shows 16% increases in neuroplasticity.

So for folks like our Navy SEAL friend who had 21 TBIs, still has 21 TBIs, which create brain fog, inability to concentrate, the inability to concentrate for periods of time.

That looks an awful lot like what happens to the brain in a concussive situation.

We're still working with, although he's sort of graduated from the program, a retired NFL linebacker, Super Bowl winner, 200 concussions in his career.

I lean into them.

I embrace the suck, as Navy SEALs would say.

Which one do you want? Right? It always reminds me of this.

There is this moment in Matrix 1 where Trinity opens the car door for Neo, or actually Neo opens the door, and Trinity grabs his shoulder and tells him, Neo, look at this road.

I mean, I saw it in sports.

I saw it with Navy SEALs when they talked about their experience.

It's all the same sort of mentality.

And it does actually help you get through.

But how many times have we done these attacks like in Venezuela and even in Israel and Iran? At what point has it amounted to World War III as we've seen it in the movies? And this, you know, obviously everyone is entitled to their opinions about this.

And instead of sharing our opinions, I'm going to let this Navy SEAL explain why he isn't worried about Iran.

What is your overall take on the situation?

And that has to do with taking steps on a much larger ladder, a spiritual ladder.

And the other way of looking at this is if you parachuted into this planet from another galaxy or something and you landed where the U.S. Navy SEALs are training, where they're going through their hell week, where they let them sleep like one hour in the whole week, and they're trying to break them, you would think that these were prisoners.

You would never think that they all volunteered for this.

And I think the same about all of us.
