Packers Comeback Win Over Jets: 199 Yards, 133 Penalty Yards & Historic Defense

Yeah, you talk about it.

0-2, the Packers hadn't done that since 2006.

And that was Mike McCarthy's first year as the head coach of the Green Bay Packers.

Guess what? They didn't make the playoffs that year.

They finished 8-8.

So getting the win is important.

Getting the win sets yourself up to make a run now to start building the foundations.

However, and there's a lot of great spots in this game.

We'll talk about them.

Lucas Van Ness, Sky Moore, Evan Williams, all the way up and down the list of the playmakers that did do great things.

There's a process problem right now with the offense.

We got the result that we wanted in a game victory, but now this is a second half and really a fourth quarter in Minnesota where the offense looked rugged.

And this was an entirety of the football game.

The Packers had 199 yards in this game.

They had 133 yards in accepted penalties defensively.

That is not very good.

That is not a process that is sustainable.

The defense, the special teams, those are all sustainable measures for success.

And you can go about that way.

But the offense right now, ha-ha, a lot of work to do.

Yeah, I mean, it's hard to win in this league.

It's hard to win each and every week.

So it was definitely good to see these guys go out and get a win this week.

But we got to eliminate their penalties.

Like you said, it was just way too many.
