In our last Igris share, we focused on the Gezerah, or Takana, to use the Rebbe's own words, to not drink so much.

We saw that the Rebbe completely forbids getting drunk, with the possible exception of Purim, completely forbids making Kiddush on Mashka, with the very likely exception of Shemini Atzeres and Simchas Terah, but even then, only if you're over 40.
