So I'm interested in the binary for you of brain health and let's call it spiritual transcendence or spiritual development or this whole thing.
Because as the father of the biohacking movement, as someone who's been running 40 years of Zen for over a decade
at this
point, brain health is something that you have become known for and that you are at the cutting edge of.
The idea for biohacking came to me on the side of Mount Kailash, like the holiest mountain in the world, at least if you're Buddhist or Hindu.
And I dropped enough crumbs in the story of the creation of biohacking that people who are on a similar path can pick it up.
But Making the societal shift that biohacking has helped to bring, there's only so many things that I can bring out at the same time.
I remember early on I was writing an article, maybe 2015, about microdosing LSD.
It's like any tool that makes humans more conscious or makes humans more in control of their state, it's fair game.
And so I feel like this is a tool that has been, that psychedelics are a tool that's been pushed underground in a way that wasn't in the best interest of humans.
And so this is a chance for it to come out where this is a consciousness first conference, the Wonderland conference we're putting on.
Not a biohacking thing, but the cool thing between biohacking and consciousness is like if you start biohacking, you're going to realize, wow, I might live way longer than I think I was going to.
