It was earlier this month, of course, but it was unsealed yesterday, or October 26th, if you're listening to this at a later date.
And it's a different indictment, not the same as what we charged Seashells by the Seashore style.
But there are lots of questions.
There's been a motion to dismiss, to file in this.
And also, those of you who are watching us record...
We're days out from, like, a big political voting event as well.
So this is all happening in an interesting time, shall we say, Brett?
Yeah, and, you know, we're here again.
There's no question about that.
And look, I mean, I think if you want to be fair... to the president and why he is obsessed with prosecuting James Comey.
I think he believes that James Comey conspired with other members of the FBI to, I don't know, try to undermine his first election, claim that he was involved in some sort of Russian conspiracy.
That's what he believes, whether it's true or not.
The problem is...
If that were true, then that's probably a crime of multiple dimensions, right? If that were true.
And maybe it is true.
And so instead, what we've seen now for the third time, are indictments that are targeted at James Comey.
but don't really have anything to do with that.
That seemed more like, frankly, just prosecutorial harassment.
And that was especially true of the last indictment.
We discussed that indictment.
We went into a lot of depth about it and our issues with it.
The one thing I'll say about this one, this one, I at least think the charge is frankly probably true because essentially the charge is that James Comey was leaking to the press.
