This is a huge mistake that I see a lot of people making.

Instead of unsubscribing and getting annoyed, ask yourself, what can I learn from this person? One little hack that you can do is to save every single one of their launch emails into a Google Doc and study it later.

What did they do in each email? How did they sell you the program? How often did the email notice how many emails they sent and notice your own comfort level and If you were asked to send that many emails, yes, it's necessary to send a lot of emails and no, don't worry.

People don't read every single email that you send.

And then you kind of start realizing, wow, the bigger surface area on the screen really does help you do so much more Some of my favorite use cases are using two apps at the same time.

Like I'll have my Google Docs when I'm writing an article for the Deep View and then Slack's from Jason perhaps when we're collaborating something else and I could go back and forth without really compromising the experience or having to toggle between two different windows, which I have always on Safari on my iPhone, I have 450 tabs.

That's not an exaggeration.

I can pull out my phone and show you because I'm always multitasking.

So that hasn't worked for me.

And I need to be able to download drafts onto a hard drive.

And so Google Docs has never felt very secure.

And at this point, I consider it to be like, I really don't want my writing touching yeah yeah a google doc um if i can if i can help it um yeah because of the various security issues um with their with their ai built in but um and i've worried about what's going to happen if microsoft kind of goes in that direction

But

I think I forgot to update the Google Doc, so it still had the old one.

And I had, like, both borrowed from different libraries, so I got confused.

Yeah.

Now another one that I really recommend is the Warmap Calendar and I'll show you what that looks like right here and I talked about this in a previous blog post but you know this is a calendar that I like to use.

It's free and it's available in, uh, Google Docs and anyone can use it.

It's real easy to use and you know it's basically a way to plan your, plan your life and plan your year in advance so you can you have both a high level view here and you have a month by month view as well and I'm not going to talk about this one too much because I explained it in detail in a previous blog post so just check below this video for the link to that specific blog post and if you go there you'll be able to see all about it, learn about it, learn how you can use it and also you'll be able to get access to this tool for free as well and so that's pretty much you know the list of things that are good or the things that I use every day in my life to you know to be more productive and to get more out of my day and everything.
