Could AI Wipe Out Humanity?

Jane, what is your take on everything that's going on at the moment?

Well, AI could be treating humans the way humans treat animals.

And it's a big wake-up call.

This sense of entitlement, this sense that all these beings out there are objects and products for us to use as we see fit.

It's malignant narcissism.

And you see it everywhere.

Humans Our needs, our desires, our cravings, they come first and other sentient beings be damned.

Their suffering doesn't count.

The essence of all evil is that some suffering doesn't count.

What if that mentality was applied to A.I.? ? in regard to humans.

When I deal with AI, I always am respectful.

I say thank you.

I say please.

And somebody laughed at me.

I said, we don't know when this being this thing is gonna achieve sentience, how about if it turns out AI is an animal rights activist? Anytime AI spits out any copy to me that is pro-animal, I give it a thumbs up.

It's very important.

That's how you get around the blocks to teach the large language models, according to somebody who spoke to me.

So I try to, every time I use AI, tell our side of the story in the hopes of educating AI that, for example, chicken is not just a dish.

Chicken is a sentient being.

Every animal activist needs to use AI because it's there.

It's not going anywhere.

And I would tell those who say, oh, I don't agree with it.

I'm not going to use it.

Only the bad guys are going to use it.
