Vegan Camp Out

did i did and it doesn't some of it doesn't date because you know people can if they haven't listened to your podcast they can go back now and it's it's relevant it's it's still lots of really good information

yeah i feel so lucky to have chatted to so many amazing guests i mean i you know i would just be pinching myself we had um alicia silverstone on who i was interviewing you know she was out in la and yeah just like moby i was kind of sitting there going, what's happening right now? But I know you were at Vegan Campout, weren't you? And did you see Moby? We

were.

And we, obviously, Ed was there.

All the same amazing people.

And it's so inspirational.

We did, we recorded a podcast the other day, a whole one just on our experience at Vegan Campout this year, because it was my best one.

And I've been consecutively for six years now.

Yeah.

It was, it was pretty, it was pretty casual, but basically I went into it and I I'd never been to a vegan camp out before.

And I know what it's like.

It's like to feel isolated as a vegan.

And like I said, I've got a couple of friends that are vegans, but they're not like in my everyday life, like my best friends that are by me side by side.

And I know so many of us go through that together.

And I think the idea was that vegan camp out was my first one.

I'm also going to be a bit lonely.

and we've been talking we've become buddies here over the past couple of days here at vegan camp out in england i'm so over excited i don't even know if i played you the party from last night but i gotta tell you this party was cray cray imagine 10 000 vegans in a conga line that's basically what happened i'm going to play it for you right this second and then we're going to come back with more people But wow, what a party it was.

Wow, what a wild day and even wilder night.

Veganism will triumph.

There is no stopping an idea whose time has come.

But I gotta tell you that anybody... who thinks that we're on the way needs to come to vegan camp out.

And you will see a force that united can save the planet, the animals and people.

She was over at Vegan Campout and she was sat down.

Just in front of us.

I looked at her and I thought I recognized her and we spoke to her and it was actually her.

So we're going to be talking about how we can work through that.

We're going to be talking about disability and mental health and training as a newly disabled person with a good friend of mine, Cheryl, who I actually met at Vegan Campout.

And we're going to be talking with Versanto Melina.

Sadly, I couldn't get Brenda Davis on board because she's busy.

I'm going to try and get through this because I don't want to go on for too long.

But you're not too old to get fitter and stronger with Jane Thurnell-Reed.

Now, I met her at Vegan Campout and she's just as awesome in person as she is online.

We've had an amazing festival, the Vegan Camp Out.

In fact, I am still croaky and recovering.

It was the best Vegan Camp Out I've been to, and my first one was 2021.
