all right so uh earlier this week uh just because with my friends group we were playing uh starter valley because one guy was away and we weren't certain what we wanted to play to or at least get started on since i we did confirm that all the bosses in um what's the core keeper had been beaten so we really didn't think there was much of a purpose to, uh, go on.
So we went back to our old farm and started Valley.
And, uh, we had no idea what we were even doing, um, because they've been so long since we've played this together.
And I mean, we, it took us a while to also just remember certain things, how we had things set up.
And before we finally realized probably about an hour or two in, Oh, we were working on this.
Uh, so we essentially did that, um, I handled certain stuff on the farm.
I also handled trying to complete certain tasks that we had.
I also forgot that we had changed our cave slash mine settings to be on the hard difficulty, which definitely proved to be an issue because the enemies were definitely a whole lot stronger.
There were different variants of enemies, and as far as with the skull cavern goes, What was already a difficult area became nigh impossible, especially considering the fact that it's been a while since we've played the game as a whole, so jumping back into the area was just a whiplash moment.
But yeah, so we just essentially just played and tried to work on small stuff here and there.
And then the game had different events going on, like there was a Squid Fest, which was essentially a... daily fishing competition to try to catch as many squid as you can to redeem for certain rewards.
There was the winter, I can't remember what it was, like the winter festival by a dox where, you know, we could get certain stuff that might be regularly be seasonal items, uh, or like certain seeds and stuff or crops, um, getting certain other items and just trying to just get other things as well.
Uh, have an easier way to get rare fish.
Um, that was definitely something to do.
So we're able to work on some stuff here and there.
Um, we don't think it's going to be something that we continue on this week.
Uh, it might be something that's just something to hold us over, but, um, Yeah, it definitely was good getting back into the game, though, getting back to stuff we had been doing.
I mean, if it wasn't for the fact that it was starting to get late, it was definitely...
We did forget that this is a game where you start playing and then you realize, oh, two hours has suddenly gone by.
It felt more like 30 minutes.
But yeah, it was fun.
Also, so then I later on went back and I played some more Bloodshed and I am pleased to say that I have completed the game to 100% completion, gotten all the achievements and everything.
I also want to say you asked me last week what the frame rate I was getting for this one desktop was and I wasn't certain and this week I turned on the counter just to check and see.
I can get as high as 144 FPS.
On average, it is going to be around 120 to 130, depending on how many enemies are on the screen, how many spells you have, because with those going off simultaneously, it can have an impact.
