But it was just dropped onto the PlayStation Store like, hey, here's this thing called PT.

And if you manage to get through the extremely obscure way to get the real ending, then you got to see Norman Reedus and it was a trailer for a new game by Hideo Kojima called Silent Hills.

And then Konami and Kojima broke up and Silent Hills just evaporated.

And PT was taken off of the PlayStation store.

Which means the only way to play PT in its original form is if you have a PlayStation 4 that already has it on it.

But for starters, I mean, one of the things that we got a port of, and I'm not going to show any footage because it is a very scary game.

And that is PT, the original playable teaser for Silent Hills, which is a game that never came out.

and got delisted from PlayStation.

So there was a very brief period of time that this demo for this game called P.T., which we later found out was short for Playable Teaser, which was created by Hideo Kojima, was a very short horror game demo for what we found out would be called Silent Hills, That now has a native PC version, whereas on PlayStation, if you do not have the game installed on your PlayStation and have not updated your PlayStation, you can't get access to it anymore unless you mod your console and all that.

So PlayStation took it away.

The only reason why it's even preserved is because of people who chose to preserve it separate from PlayStation.

I got to shout out the modders that have natively ported PT, which was the playable teaser for Silent Hills back when Kojima was still attached to it.

PT initially hid its true identity behind the fictional 778 Studio name, but quickly became a sensation in the horror gaming world.

Famously, players who showed, who finally solved its notoriously obscure puzzles were treated to a final sequence revealing that the short horror game was actually a playable teaser for Silent Hills, a new entry involving Metal Gear Solid's Hideo Kojima, filmmaker Guillermo de To- del Toro, and Norman Reedus.

Unfortunately, Konami canceled Silent Hills in 2015 as Kojima's relationship with the publisher fell apart, subsequently removing PT from the PlayStation Store and eventually making it impossible to redownload, even for players who had previously claimed it.

Kojima's last horror ga- demo m- might be getting a second life thanks to a native PC port being created by Lorien Xavier.
