And to be honest, this was, from what we've heard, a self-reflection week for the Detroit Lions.

Obviously, the excitement, the energy, the hype of a opening game week one, right? Then you go to overtime and, you know, the energy that that takes out of you.

And then, oh, wait, by the way, you got to flip around and four days later, going at Buffalo, the opening of Highmark Stadium there against a Buffalo Bills team that I think could easily represent the AFC in the Super Bowl and with a quarterback that could win the MVP again.

That allowed you a long weekend, and that allowed you a little bit of that kind of self-scout that coaches usually wait until the bye week to have.

Well, Detroit got theirs after week two, and it was much needed, especially for the defensive side of the football.

Monday was all about us and throwing on the tape and trying to figure out what the disconnect is from the practice field From the meeting room, because, Brooke, you were there all training camp, and we talked about, boy, this defense looks much better.

This front seven, wow, this is a Lions offense that's explosive, right? We would all agree with that.

So what's the disconnect between the practice field, the meeting room, and game day? And look, they identified 23 explosives in the first two games against Atlanta.

And Calvin said he came away and they went through all 23 of those explosives and coaches said nothing.
