This week we answer the time-honored debate: build it, buy it, or eff it run it. We answer the important questions every builder asks: what should you build yourself? What’s worth buying from a custom…
Speaking of which, I want to put this on the set so I hold myself accountable.
I'm quitting smoking.
Doing it.
When are you starting? So I'm currently doing the Wellbutrin shit that's supposed to help you quit because I've tried every fucking thing else.
So I forget exactly how it works, but it's like you take...
You take it and smoke for two weeks.
And then after two weeks, you start quitting so that the medicine, I guess, is like built up in your system so that when you start to quit, the cravings are already gone.
And not for nothing, I'm a week into it.
And I noticed myself going way longer spans of time without even thinking about a cigarette.
It's
weird.
So, yeah, I mean, it's doing
something and I'm only
a weekend.
And I've got, I think it's like, yeah, I think it's like two months worth of the medicine.
Cold turkey?
I signed up through the VA for like a smoking therapist sort of deal.
So like they're going to call me every once in a while and be like, Hey, how's it going? Here's some coping mechanisms and shit like that.
So I'm going to try straight cold Turkey.
My plan is the day, the day we get back from glory days is the last day I smoke cigarettes.
That Sunday is going to be the last day that I smoke cigarettes.
So when I get home on, you know, on Monday, I'm done.
I don't know exactly where I was going with
that,
but yeah, so it's like another two more weeks or whatever that I have the, the medication, like building up in my system.
