that's really cool i mean you and i have a kind of a similar background i didn't get so much into like the power lifting but i also i mean i uh dabbled in the muay thai for a long time and i still actually teach a lot of kickboxing to this day i've been teaching it for 10 years now um and and i actually had a couple i didn't do the jiu-jitsu so i think my son does jiu-jitsu right now but um uh i got i was doing fighting and i had a couple fights and then uh i got hired on as a firefighter so i was like i can't afford to get hurt because i'll lose my job um so i stopped for a while but i still teach it and stuff like that now i like we talked before we started in the court it was like more that that functional yeah thing i just want to be able to move better as i get older
