And a couple weeks ago, we did a two-part study on prayer and fasting and understanding that from a biblical perspective, looking at a lot of scriptures.

I found a couple of quotes from Matthew Henry from his commentary that I thought were really encouraging.
Um, And we're going to see, this is again a Psalm of David and where he is in the wilderness.
And I want to encourage you today as we go through the study guide, looking at Psalm 63 and for you to reflect personally, and you don't have to share in the live chat, ladies don't feel pressured to do that.
And even in the moments where many of us can actually all of us at one point or another, whether you're in a time right now where you feel like you're in a wilderness, so to speak, that it's a dry and weary place that you are really dealing and battling with things.
And there can be times even when it's not that difficult, but still you're dealing with stuff in life that just making it challenging.
And you can feel like you're in a position where I just, I'm struggling to even, want to pray, to read the word.
And you begin to understand that whether it's prayer, whether it's worship, meaning and worship is not just music, by the way.
