Yeah.

I mean, I, The book I wrote, I would say, is very far out of my pay grade.

When I would go for walks through the desert, I would just ask the question I needed to be solved.

I'd put on my headphones and just distract my thinking brain.

I think that is the key, trance.

Once the thinking brain is quiet, you're connecting into infinite fields of information.

It's just like, okay, what... what channel do I want to tune into? But it's also, it's also just receivership.

I think it's like, I just listen and I have my notebook.

And as soon as it starts coming in, it's like a torrent of information I'm writing as fast as I can.

You know, one, two, two big ideas came through probably only like three months ago.

It came out of a dream, um, in this new book.

And, um, It's like, where does that come from? I don't think it's my subconscious knocking things about.

I feel like it's a gift.

And I also think about angels or the muse or whatever.

It's like if you're not paying attention and you don't write it down and record it, that is going to be given to somebody else.

you know, even not to, not to sound silly, but I love infusing the physical with the spiritual, right? Cause it's all one.

This is a consecrated level.

We don't want to do a spiritual bypass.

Oh, I'm going to live up there, you know, in the higher chakras and the higher realms.

Like we want to bring the spirit all the way in.

So you'll see why I have this preamble.

So Michael Jackson would say, If I, you know, if he would get an inspiration in the middle of the night, he would get up and write it because otherwise it would go to Prince.
