All right, so... let's just get straight to it i want to get into the puka injury because that to me came out of nowhere but at the same time didn't do you remember his soas injury that he had in training camp eric
yeah he was he was uh down a lot of training camp along with a couple of the other players there and on the rams i recall

Yeah, so they haven't specifically said which hip it is that held him out of practice on Friday.

If I were going to put two and two together, I would assume it's probably the same side, and the hip is going to be in reference to, which is the hip flexor, right? So they can just say hip, whatever it is.

They're probably being extra cautious, or they're just giving him an extra day because they have Monday night football.

Now the concerning part is for fantasy lineups, right? Cause we have most of our players go on Sunday and then you got one game left on Monday and Puka is no small guy.

Does he practice? Does he do anything? Is he limited? What is it looking like? Do they reveal this is related to the training camp injury, which I think it is.

But we talked about it before when we had Dr. Morse on about how this is something that can linger, right? This is a, I would say, a rare injury when you just specifically say the psoas muscle, right? And that psoas muscle is a hip flexor, but it also connects into your spine and helps with stability of the spine.

So not only could you be having like pain in your hip, but you can also have some in the back or create more instability in the back.

What do you think from like your opinion? What do you think what's what's really going on with the Rams?
I remember a couple of weeks ago, or I guess now, we were talking to Dr. Morris, and we brought up how the Rams are pretty mysterious around training camp, and you don't know what to really think about when you see people that have been out for training camp.
We know that Matt Stafford was out all of camp last year with a back injury, and he obviously had an MVP-type season.
But now we're seeing some of these injuries, right, come to light.
And so it is a little concerning, a lot of nicks and bruises for really not being too far into the season, obviously just one week.
Puka's been a stud, no doubt, but he's had some injury concerns too.
They got to start getting some wins.
And from a fantasy perspective, it's even tougher, like you mentioned, on the Monday night side.
