Yeah, we have a, you know, our music community is a very neurodivergent community anyway, and apply all the other pressures that go on that.

If you're a professional musician and you're not familiar with us, please come by and see me at the table, and we'll talk a little bit more about that, because I want to inform you about all the wonderful possibilities out there.

But today I want to talk to you all just real quickly about two fraternal organizations that we work with here in Austin, and that is HAM and SIMS.

How many people are familiar with Sims? All right, if you're not familiar with SIMS, I got my buddy over here.
And they're basically an organization that helps connect mental health services to musicians here in Austin.
So if you are a musician, if you have recorded pieces of music, if you gig regularly, you are probably able to qualify to receive this help, which I know we've talked a lot about therapy.
And they also provide help for anybody who's dealing with substance abuse issues or might possibly need rehab or help in that area.
They provide Narcan for anybody who might be overdosing or is a potential overdosee.
