So how do you bolster your infrastructure? How do you bolster your processes and workflows and workforce to be able to maintain mission delivery even when you're dealing with compromises and active issues how do you maintain resiliency through it that that's what i would argue you should be thinking through again this is a very specific issue chromium bugs getting exploited but but don't get wrapped around the axle around this specific story keep in look at the bigger macro picture this is going to happen this is going to continue to happen until further notice.

So how do you set your program up your organization up to be able to resolve these issues and continue to operate even when they're happening? Again, tabletop exercises, making sure people are good to go when things happen, right? I'm giving a talk in North Dakota about cyber resiliency actually in a few weeks.

And apparently where they grow rice, there's actually a different type of relay cropping with different crops.

They'll grow rice and then right before they harvest the rice, they'll put in like pulse crops, like a bean of like a lentil or something along that line.

I want to push this though because here in North Dakota in particular, very – at least vocally red state, the culture here is one of tremendous conformity.

We experience here what gets called tall poppy syndrome.

And it's the idea that the poppies have to be exactly the same size because if they're taller than the others, they fall over and they die.

I mean, so LIU's played a tough-ass schedule, though.

I mean, they went to North Dakota and Kansas to start.

And Albany, yeah, they pushed Buffalo, but I don't know how good Buffalo is.

Ultru is an independent nonprofit health system located in Grand Forks, North Dakota, but we serve a largely rural region across Northeast North Dakota and Northwest Minnesota.

Our system includes acute and specialty hospital care, a level two trauma center, multiple practice locations, and a broad range of specialty services.

My role is a little unique because reimbursement sits really at the intersection of almost everything that we do as a health system.

I'm asking some follow up questions, too, because, you know, you're in the area of the country where Fargo was based and everybody loved the show.

They love the drama, the comedic value of it, everything about it.

But the first question is, are the people nicer in North Dakota or in Minnesota? Where are the nicer people or is it basically they're all Midwestern nice and a pleasure?

I would say for the most part, all Midwestern nice and a pleasure, but I've got to stick with Minnesota.
