When you teach about those things there are a lot of different ways to teach about them and I think that one of the things that makes the the center really unique is that we've chosen and this is largely driven by Mohit's interest in the subject which then trickled down to me and other people on the team as we set up programs but we really try to put this human element right at the middle.

How can you be a leader? How can you start an organization? How can you have a positive impact if you don't care about the people around you and their well-being and if you don't have enough of your own well-being to sustain whatever you're working on? So there he is talking about happiness and what life should be like and what allows you to thrive and I was like, wow, I need more of that and less of this.

I've always thought if you're gonna spend 40 hours of your week doing something, you might as well care enough about it to consider it part of your life, right? And I'm in a very lucky position that I care deeply about my job.

I connect with the individuals who come through and those things make it have a very big positive impact on my life.
