You know, together with you, nowadays I receive emails from our German partners, how was your weekend in Ciudad Colón here? Or how was your weekend in Costa Rica? And some people tell me, oh, I'm having a barbecue with my team.

So this kind of connection, we don't have it like maybe seven years back.

So we have been working on that.

So where is our key point? Always, I have learned one key thing of my father.

I always mention to me, Josue, we have to make employees.

So this is why we found Bonanza here in Ciudad Colón.
