October 13: Federal Officers Raid Ilhan Omar’s Home

Federal officers executed a judicially authorized search warrant at the Washington, D.C. area home of Representative Ilhan Omar as part of an ongoing criminal investigation.

Coming just weeks before the midterm elections, the high-profile raid drew sharp backlash from Omar and House Democratic leaders, who condemned it as a politically motivated attempt by the Trump administration to weaponize federal law enforcement against adversaries.

While President Trump denied involvement in the search, administration officials previously pointed to ongoing federal scrutiny surrounding unproven allegations of past immigration violations.

Look, folks, this is fascism.

This is the federal government using the Department of Justice to go after its opponents.

It's the same as the James Comey thing.

It's the same as going after Letitia James.

It's the same as a lot of the stuff they're doing.

This is what Todd Blanch is doing.

If this were a just world, Todd Blanch would be instantly impeached for this kind of behavior.

Instantly impeached.

and should be disbarred for this kind of behavior.

This undermines the credibility and standing of our legal system.

And, you know, it's a racist, sexist attack on a target of the president who he goes back after over and over again.

Believe me, If there were anything to the rumors or anything to the allegations here, they would have been proven years ago.

OK, this woman has been under intense scrutiny.

She is an American citizen.

She has dedicated her life to public service.

She has been reelected many times by her constituents.

You may like her opinions.

You may not like her opinions, but she's in a different class from Trump and Blanche.

They are terrorists destroying our system.

She's protecting it.

Everybody should stand with Ilhan Omar on this.
