Hello and welcome back everyone to another episode of the Success in Practice podcast.

Today I'm joined by Cliff Butler.

This is Cliff's second episode with me so I'm fortunate to have him back for a second episode.

The first one went very well and was well received so I think today will be even better.

Just a bit of background on Cliff.

He's got his own practice in Williamstown, Melbourne and he's celebrating I think 15 years or 16 years now.

over at his practice there.

There are nine therapists, four admin staff and a combination of osteos, physios and myos.

And Cliff graduated in 2002 from Vic Uni and he hired his first grade in 2010 and has loved working with and mentoring grads ever since with heavy involvement in the internship program.

And I mention this because we'll discuss this later on in the episode about graduates and internships.

His niche is concussion management and migraine and headaches.

And this is one of our key topics that we'll be discussing tonight.

It's an area of great interest for him, especially around how osteopaths can assist with these patients and how I guess directly principled osteopathy has a role to play, quite an effective role to play in the management of concussion and symptoms of concussion.

He's got two kids with wife Sharon, who is also an osteopath working at RMIT, and that's all I'm allowed to say about that.
