The question, what do you do? Profession is a way to ask about someone's job or occupation in everyday talk.

followed by the title of your job.

Like, it's, it is not a calm profession.

The trading floor is not exactly the most, um, you know, calm profession as you, as you put it.

But, like, that's the problem, right? Not enough dentists, not enough PTs, not enough, not enough.

And then you have people saying there's nowhere, there's no, there's no opportunity in the profession.
