And a few other people, they're largely kind of like Silicon Valley billionaire tech guys who do believe that... you can you can stop aging that that we've even reached almost like a a peak aging velocity point where there is somebody alive today who's actually going to live forever because for every 365 days they're only aging 364 and what that means is like how the organ systems are degrading or not degrading and how the telomeres which are kind of like the protective caps on the dna are shortening or not shortening or how the immune system and the degradation of that is largely responsible for a lot of deaths, how well that's functioning and how well it can be maintained.

So if you look at what a lot of these people are doing, they are doing everything from young umbilical based stem cells full blood filtration therapy and then replacement of that that blood with like young human plasma, you know almost like you know taking like an 18 year olds biological fluids and You know pulling out your 60 year olds

putting that in and a lot of this right now is like theoretical in terms of whether it's actually going to reduce aging to a significant extent.

Because if you look at the longest-lived person based on birth records, I think it's like 117 or something like that.

But the theory is that we can extend lifespan like decades past that by using a lot of these technologies like stem cells and blood filtration and things like hyperbaric chambers and cryotherapy chambers and a robust sauna practice to pull toxins out of the body and then certain peptides that keep the mitochondria from degrading, the little powerhouses of the cells.

I recently talked to somebody who's literally creating a bio lab like a reactor that literally like makes new mitochondria.

And then he's going to start infusing that into people to actually give them like new mitochondria to replace their old mitochondria.

All of this sounds super sexy and cool, but there's still nobody actually living to like 120, 125, 30.

Cause it remains to be proven whether or not these things are actually going to work.

I personally think it's a pretty hefty claim to say that we are going to somehow in the next decade or so unlock decades of extra years into the human experience.
