Welcome to our Sunday show of the St. Louis County Insider with Councilman Mark Harder, and Ken Williams is over there on the board.

And we all came in on Sunday to do this show and hopefully put out some good information to residents in the community about what's going on behind the scenes as we do every week now for almost a year and a half.

Before her, we'll be talking with a new guest that's not been on the show before, and her name is Kelly Hyatt, and she works with the film industry here in St. Louis, and she tries to recruit different companies from East Coast, West Coast to come to St. Louis and do filming.

And she's going to talk about that and about administering the tax credit that goes to these different film companies.

And we'll get those folks out of LA one way or another, get them to come here and spend a lot of money.

But first, we want to talk to Charlize, and she's with the AGC, Associated General Contractors.

She's been on our show last week, I believe it was, and they had an organization, their organization put on an event called Build My Future, which is about introducing the trades to high school age students.
