Travis Demers and Chad Doing talk about the 3 things the Blazers need to improve upon to be a 50 win team. Plus, they talk about where the Blazers could finish in the Western Conference.

You know, there's a lot of things as we look at it that – It's really easy to say, oh, this is going to be great.

You and I have a tendency when we get really excited about things that we put on our rose colored glasses.

We're hopeful that they will because we love this team and we've loved this team for a long time.

There's also the side of things where people can look at it and say, well, this doesn't make sense.

I think this year, and I said this on This Week in Rip City earlier this week, that I don't know if they're going to win 41 games, 82 games, win a championship, whatever it is.

But Everything is set up for them, right in front of them, to where if they do this and this, and they can.

If all of these things go according to plan, they legitimately, not if everything breaks right in a perfect universe, if they do the things that they want to do well, well, this team can win 50 games and be a top four seed in the Western Conference.

I want to ask you a question because the biggest question I've been getting over the last week, week and a half is how many games do I think this team's going to win? And that's coming off of a playoff season.

And so the cool thing is, is that I think that through your work and the people you've talked to, there's really what three key categories that we can keep an eye on as Blazer fans throughout the entire season.

And if the Blazers have the right success in those categories, that's going to lead to success.

Yeah, and this is something that you and I have talked about a little bit with, and I think there is a great opportunity for this team to be a top-six team.

Last year, they were a pretty good defensive team, 13th in the NBA in defensive rating.
