We got NFL season starting, and obviously we talked about there was injuries in the preseason with some people.

But you and I were talking about some of the injuries that happen more often than not.

We could just briefly touch on some of those topics and then go in depth later about each topic at subsequent episodes, you know, but there's definitely a few things that we see often.

why the nfl season kind of starts beat up every year you know why it seems like no team starts at a hundred percent and then um yeah what type of injuries seem to always plague people early on especially you know i have some thoughts on it but what about you Yeah,

well, it's the nature of having to ramp up and get ready for battle, right? You got to get game tested before you actually enter the game.

So, and a lot of these players, you know, pre-seasons for a lot of the players trying to make the teams, obviously, right? The veterans typically aren't seeing the field as much.

So you got all these guys, you know, the first years or the second and third years, you know, some of those bubble guys that have been there three four years haven't really crossed into that starting role yet they're really working hard you know um so you got you got all these guys just trying to battle for their spot and um it's the nature of the game you know trying to do your best bodies flying around they're big fast you know um and uh yeah you know i was talking to some i was talking to somebody the other day why do we think that you know injuries are more are we bigger faster stronger you know what's the, what's the difference.

Like we just, they, we have, we have access to so much more analytics and testing and, and taking our bodies to that next, you know, superhuman, you know, speed and strength and ability.

So you got these, these, uh, I don't want to say freaks because they're not freaks kind of superhuman though right superhuman they're they're at the the peak of their performance and their ability and they're flying around you got these 250 pounders running four eights you know um nowadays you know that you know that's crazy yeah and when you come into contact with one of these guys you know it's like hitting a wall literally so

I saw a clip of Miles Garrett training with somebody from Australia or somebody.
