Dragason was fairly quick in terms of their ACL recovery.

But again, I think you'll see from Madison, even though he's recovered from his ACL, it's fully apparent that he's not at a... level of fitness and match tolerance that he is available to play any decent minutes at the moment so what they're doing with madison is that they're just slowly slowly building up his minutes and ability to accelerate decelerate change direction for a certain volume at a match length before they're even willing to risk putting him in there.

So he's really being closely managed at the moment from that perspective.

So the first is entitled Adductor Canal Block and Local Anesthetic versus Local Anesthetic Alone in ACL Reconstruction, a Double Blind Randomized Controlled Trial.

So in the era of ERAS with multimodal motor sparing pain management, blocks are felt to be a critical component to mitigating post-op pain.

And in the context of knee surgery and ACL reconstruction, adaptive canal really is the block to go to and is pretty standard.

But I guess the question is, do they actually help? And that's what the study was looking at.

And in this study, they had 50 patients undergoing ACL reconstruction, randomised, to a sham adductor canal block and local anesthetic infiltration.

And the other 50 had a real adductor canal block and local anesthetic infiltration.

I think he's going to get the rushing work.

He's going to be all right efficiency-wise just because he's playing for the New York Jets, but he's another season post-ACL.
