Those have been really terrible low moments, but I always think of what can be next.

And so if I can be working on fixing things in the mental health system for Jim, for others, that is where I get my hope.

And I may die with grief in my heart, but I will not die with guilt in my heart because I have done everything for this child that is humanly possible and will continue to.

I can't give up joy in my life.

What is the point of doing that? It doesn't serve anybody, and it also, you know, it's not an atonement.

You being miserable is not gonna cure your kid.
