We're living in a time where people, it doesn't matter if you're a child, a teen, young adult, or adult, we have lost the gift of rest.

Years ago, when I was talking on the need for this discipline, I had just heard an interview with Netflix's CEO, Reed Hastings, and he boldly said that his company's biggest competitor was not other streaming services like Prime or Disney Plus.
