That's probably the, the biggest thing that's happened in the last, you know, three, four years.

Um, especially for someone like me, who I, I just, whatever I do, I need to do it, like 100%.

So, um, that took me a year or so just to kind of navigate and understand how much time it goes into preparing lessons, marking work, going to staff meetings, and all that.

With, um, with running, I, I run every day, of course, but not as, I guess, full time or as intensely as I, as I was.
And I think any new job you start, you don't realize how taxing it is on your brain.

Like, when I, when school finishes and the kids go home, and it's 3:30, I'm like, "All I want to do is go home and stare at a wall." Like-

Like, I just, it's really draining, which is why I train in the morning, 'cause otherwise I don't think I could train in the afternoon after such a full-on day.
