That's an interesting point that you raise in terms of having the know-how to get into conversations with C-level people can sometimes come from the prior experience you've had in servicing their teams and organizations where you can see what those challenges were and whatever and build toward being like, I've been kind of running alongside you guys this whole time in a way.

Well, it's a lot of credibility on my end when I talk to a sales leader or a CEO and I say, I'll hire your sales leader for your organization.

And I'm also a certified sales trainer, so I can train and understand what to look for to build a good pipeline.

But I think for anyone, if you've been in an industry for many years, you pick up on a lot of things.

So everyone's got their background and experience that they can bring to their job and leverage that as their superpower, let's say, for what they're doing.

I don't want to get too political on this podcast, so we don't need to go down this rabbit hole too much.

But you mentioned the tariff situation, specifically in supply chain manufacturing.

Obviously, that's something that has been a hot topic in the news all year, for sure.

Since you're here in Canada, but you do a lot of business in the States too, what kind of impact have you seen off and on, on either side of the border? Is it mostly Canada that you've seen become affected? Or how do you feel about the whole thing?

I mean right now I think just looking at the whole economy it seems there's a lot of hesitation and like people just wait and see approach is from a lot of people.

So a lot of companies are going more towards fractional hiring or temp hiring because they want to be able to quickly, if something changes, like if the war ran escalates and there's, you know, an issue, they can quickly get rid of staff and cut down their, their overhead, their, you know, their burn rate for their business.
