Gentlemen, welcome to this JJ McCarthy stockholder meeting where the arrow is pointing up and to the right.

Should we take a roll call? You're about to be subjected to the most obnoxious podcast you've ever been a part of here.

But what bothered me the entire time, and this has nothing to do with the Vikings.

There's the Vikings' relationship with J.J. McCarthy and the decision they had to make in their minds to trade him, whatever.

But then the area that I would like to focus on is just the general discussion and debate about is he a good quarterback or not? Is he going to develop into a good quarterback or not? And I feel like the discussion was so oddly toxic the last two years.

That you had, you had so many people who were waltzing around pretending to be high level, authoritative ball knowers already drawing a conclusion before someone's 24th birthday, only watching them play 10 games on an NFL field.

And anyone that remains at all curious about wanting to see more from this kid is an idiot and should be dunked on.

And so I think from my perspective, part of the reason why I feel a push toward being obnoxious is For those of us that just wanted to see what the 11th game looked like, can we just take a breath and see the 11th game? Oh, that's what it looked like.
