um so when chad was golfing i went to nashville with my two well i have a very sweet group of best friends but two of my oldest best friends we've been best friends since fourth grade and And, um, we did like just a sweet girls weekend and we went to John Mulaney one night at the Ryman theater, which was really cool because, um, I've never been to the Ryman theater.

I've heard just obviously such legendary things.

and have been a fan of John Mulaney's for a long time, back in Pandora, What's New Pussycat days.

Man, he was so masterful.

It really is fun to watch somebody who you're just like, man, this is, I would say, top of their game.

Just the writing was so good.

He had two openers, they each did 15 minutes, and then he did an hour and 40 minutes.

He did say on stage that he's been getting comments or something online about that it shows too long.

Here's the thing, there wasn't a bunch of fat to trim.

It was a really excellent hour 40.

It's just like, Man, it's tough.

We were talking on the show recently about what is a good amount of time and what our audience is looking for.

And I think sometimes it might be a similar thing to the Bruno Mars experience where we left and we weren't happy with the song selections, but our friends were like, that was amazing.

Mm-hmm.

And this is in a theater where people are paying more than a comedy club ticket amount.

And so I am sure that there were, maybe the majority of people were like, that was what I wanted.

I wanted a two hour and 10 minute show.

I wanted to feel like I got my money's worth.
