So I'll introduce myself a little bit.

For those who don't know me, my name is Shifu Shengshi.

shifu is actually a title adjust to monastic in chinese and i used to be a lawyer i used to work in a corporate world like all of you so i understand the stress and all this you know ups and downs which is very common it happened to all of us a lot of time our life doesn't really go the way that we wanted right maybe your relationship with your colleagues that did not turn out the way you'd like it to be.

Maybe your proposal, your boss doesn't like it.

If you feel you're a bit struggling financially, try to practice generosity.

And you'll be like, but Shifu, I don't have money, how can I give? Do you have one cent? Do you have one dollar? Giving is not about how much you give, but it's more about your intention.

Are you actually willing to give? If you're not willing to give in this life, you're very stingy, you're very selfish with your money or your possessions, then in your later life, Or even now, you may not have very great blessings in this aspect.

If you have great blessings but you're stingy now, it's because in the past you have been very generous.

Before we get started, can you tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do?

So which one did you do first? I

started with Kung Fu first.

And it actually took my Sifu an entire year to convince me to do Tai Chi.

I was like, I was 19 years old and move like old people, slow, soft.

Which is funny because the master in that movie, his name is Master Master, if you think about it.

Right, Master Shifu.

And Shifu in Chinese, it actually has two meanings.

Shi meaning being the teacher, the mentor in this relationship.

But Fu meaning father.

So, there was no YouTube tutorials.

They had no Shifu, you know.

So, my father-in-law had to learn everything from scratch himself.

So, it was really funny when you say like framing.
