The Buffalo Bills (3-1) play the Los Angeles Rams (2-2) on Monday Night Football kicks off at 7:15 PM CT! Watch on ESPN! Dishing out my best bets and providing game analysis! Listen to the top…

they have a better team in this week for this game in the NFL which is a week-to-week league Rams minus three and a half favorites at the spread total a little bit high for my liking I don't really like the total on this game I think they are expecting a lot of points.

They're really counting on a lot of points, but the total opened at 53.5. It's moved up to 55.5.

If you could find it at 54.5, that may be okay, but that's not where my attention is on this game.

What I like about James Cook and the Bills is that this Bills team with James Cook and Josh Allen have a chance to get the rams defense off balance early on not going to be easy because the rams cornerbacks are pretty sound the problem for buffalo is they don't defend the middle of the field well and their cornerbacks are pretty banged up coming into this game their wide receivers are pretty banged up coming into this game They are in a situation here where it's just all on Josh Allen's shoulders because we know the Rams are going to look to attack down the field with Pukunukua, with Devontae Adams.

What I like about this Bills team... is they have a puncher's chance in this game.

Because if the offense is able to overcome a lot of the things the Rams going to do, like dial up pressure with Aaron Donald and really try to get to the quarterback tonight, that is helping shape some of my bets.

Overall, for the Rams to win, all they have to do is keep the top on the defense and allow the offense to drive down the field, put together those big drives, tire out this Bills defense that's on the road for this game, and allow Matt Stafford to just go to work.

You have two running backs to hand the ball off to, and Kyron Williams, who I believe the Bills defense is going to be looking at most of the night, and then you have Blake Corum, who can come on swing routes, on screen passes, all different types of plays that you can kind of hand over to him.

My first best bet in this game, pretty simple for me, it's Puka Nakua anytime touchdown score, minus 130 on the book.

Then I was like, Josh Allen over 0.5 interceptions, meaning he's going to throw one.
