ANALYSIS: David Andrews & Alex Barth break down team after 7 weeks

Yeah, I mean, look, to me, it's not one of those.

I don't believe in moral victories at all, right? There's no moral victories in anything.

I think, though, when you have games like this, It is good.

The only thing that can hurt you from a game like this is if you don't learn and correct your mistakes.

And to me, what I saw on Thursday night was a Patriots team who played good enough to win, let's say, but they made enough mistakes that we talked about the last few weeks.

that, you know, they were able to overcome verse, call it inferior opponents that can hurt you.

And you kind of, to me, you know, there was stinks made about Vrabel and some of his comments after the games.

I don't think he saw it coming, but I think he just knew.

So where are his football teams at?

Yeah, and you had enough penalties at times offensively that really hurt you, I believe.

Some execution that really hurt you, and then just some of the fundamentals like the blocking.

And I don't know if I said it on this air, but to me, Thursday night football is really – A large part of it is the fundamentals because it's such a short week.

You're not getting any live reps in practice, so it's blocking, tackling, and running and protecting the football.

And overall, I think Chicago did a better job of that than the Patriots.

Yeah, Patriots called for more penalties, 17 missed tackles.

That's more than double their previous season high.

So on the margins, there are things the team needs to clean up.

A couple penalties on the offensive line, including some weird ones, just your expertise.

The big one, obviously, the Will Campbell false start that comes after they tried to call a false start with a ref standing over the ball for a substitution.

What'd you see on all that?

So they go to an overloaded front and...

Look, this is where officials, they're humans too, and it's very close.

But he's trying to communicate, obviously, on the road with the tight end.

And to me, he's like, you know, if this is the tight end, he's like tapping the tight end, saying something.

But he got in his stance.

Yeah, I mean, look, to me, it's not one of those.
