Just to recap what happened, the Blues sent out Jordan Cairo, Jonathan drew in and Justin Hall kind of where the the players at the the big league level or whatever that got sent out.
But that doesn't include the trade deadline where they also traded away Braden Shen and Justin Falk.
But they brought in what they hope to be kind of the future of this team and Mason McTavish and Connor McMichael.
Sam, Alec and I have been talking about every week for the whole summer uh and so i think we're sick of each other's takes so why don't you kick us off what do you make of these moves and and sort of how would you how would you grade the the offseason from the blues
um yeah i think it's it's a lot of fun like it was a fun offseason for sure yeah um Just a lot of, like, I don't know.
I think roster turnover in general is fun, and I think also roster turnover in general is a good thing, even if, like, you have a very successful team.
You know, it's so easy for things to get stale in the NHL, and obviously, like, it has been stale with the Blues.
Like, you mentioned, even going back to the trade deadline, there's, well, like, probably... six to eight new faces on the team versus last year.
I don't know if there's, like, any that was, like, a true home run move where you see it and you're like, this is awesome.
And, like, with the Jordan Kairu move, it was... you know, like in a vacuum, I think you look at it and it's like, well, this isn't, I don't know.
